Spots on leaves

Hi guys, I switched from soil to soilless and now I have these spots in every plant even my new seedlings on the leaves. Anyone know what it is? I am not using nutrients and my soil is hp herb and garden with an added 25% rice hulls and 25% coco coir. Plants are outside now but were under 18hr light. Any help appreciated.

Looks like the one re vegged maybe and is nitrogen toxic, other looks toxic too. Little one looks like it might need some cal and mag. I know nothing about rice hull and the relation or prep required like straight coco. Or how to correctly switch from soil. There might be a few things going on there from that.
