Is this damage I've done maybe water spill or something or isit a deficiency or bugs but underneath is clean and only on like 2 3 leaves

Could be any of those things. If you don’t see bugs & its only 2 or 3 leaves & its not mould I wouldn’t worry too much. Probably just wear & tear.
