So hard to really tell with just a photo, it could be wind burn, but to me it looks more like sooty mold or PM.

That looks like calcium deficiency. Powdery mildew is white
free bump! I'd love to know as well. I was imagining pests or disease but....waiting for the expats! lol

They should be here any minute now. I click a lighting contactor on and off, it sounds like a malfunctioning timer. That seems to draw them in
