Sprout problem

It has been a week since iv germinated and planted and one plant popped out with a tiny bit of the seed stuck, I carefully removed it. (I noticed the root on this is very weird, its thick at one part then gets really thin and looks barely connected, could this be the reason its taking so long?)

My other sprout hasn't even came up after 1 week, all I can see is a little loop, should I help it or just wait it out?

i say leave it it should come up on its own just fine.

give it a little more time it will come out alright. just dont touch it at all.
