Germinated 10/10 however, one sprout has no cotyledon at all. It did push through overnight so there was no light. Could this be the root end? I can see the seed casing down in the rooting plug. Also, how long shoul I wait until attempting to remove seed casings that haven't fallen off naturally? First timer, tried looking through forums, but maybe I missed a post or two. Thanks in advance for any help. 
Updated: I used gloved hands and sterile tweezers to pluck it up and turn it over and cover it back up loosely with plug material. The cotyledons were in the bottom of the rooting plug. It was the tap root sticking up, the tip started to brown and shrivel. Hopefully I got to it in time. Anyways, thanks for the peeps who looked into my thread. Peace and good growing to all!
