Ive just spent the entire day reading through different threads and learning about the fundimentals of growing my own dank.

Ive chosen to buy some single seeds (feminised) so I can get going without worrying about growing any male plants and this way I get to sample a good few different strains.

So far I have chose these strains and will buy 1 seed of each to keep the costs down.

G13
Blueberry
Power Plant
Power Skunk
Cheese
White Rhino
Wonder Woman
Big Bang

I will buy a 600w bulb with ballast for flowering and a 400w for veg.

Mylar to line the inside of my closet
A fan maybe a PC one
Rockwool and some pots

What else will I need to get me thru the first few weeks before I actually reach the flowering stage.

btw I will be using some sort of vertical system to maximise space my closet is 3 X 3 and 8 ft high.

Any advice will be welcomed and appreciated

That is a great plan, can you buy single seeds that is awesome. You will need more fans than a little pc fan though. In a small 3 foot tall cab with 250W I run a 270 CFM fan through my cooltube and it is still 84 in there. I have never used rockwool and cannot hate on it, but if it were my first grow I would tell you to use soil it is much more forgiving than anything I have used in the hydro world. If you have experience with this and feel confident go for it, but I would go with plain old organic soil and some love the old fashion way for less to go wrong.

Not sure, seeing its my first grow I think Im gonna take the soil route until I gain some experience.

So I will need a bigger fan than a poxy PC one so I will look into that right now, also I will need to use a carbon scrubber of some sort to mask the smell at some point once I get to the flowering stage.

Anymore advice?

you are going to need to invest in some nutes.

and if you plan on using a carbon scrubber then you will need a pretty powerful fan in comparison to a pc fan..
