I assume you are sprouting from seeds. I have had mixed results with having a dome cover on my seeds. i have even found that putting them under a lamp with out any cover on the top works for me. it also depends on your set up. what i will do, is sprout the seeds till they are poking out, in cups on my window sill. and then once they have a good start i transfer them to a tent or wait till they get more leaves on it to transplant outdoors after "hardening" them off.. (getting plants use to the out door climate and sun so they dont scorch)...

they're photo period and needed dome to sprout. They don't need high humidity levels now?
I take it off and humidity levels are going to 30 with a temp inside the room of 22-25%.
I'm using a sun blaster LED.

Photoperiod has nothing to do with it. You don't need a dome.

The need to cover seeds during germination is a myth that just won’t die. Do not use humidity domes for germinating seeds; only use them when you start cuttings. In the latter case, make sure to renew the air daily and avoid excess moisture build-up.

I know they need air just don't want to loose them in such a low humidity climate.
Anyone able to recommend a small decent humidifier and heater?

I only put a baggie/plastic bottle over mine after they have sprouted. I'm in a very low humidity environment as well. After the first week I lose the cover. I have one of those small personal humidifiers that I fill up every 8 hours or so to bring it up to about 50% in a 3x3x6 tent. Sadly, I have no info to provide on heater, my LED keeps the temp up.

A spray bottle with an adjustable spray pattern and keep trays off the floor. Room temp is sufficient. Increasing RH will be done by the plants in time. LOL.

I just took the humidity dome off after 48 hours, I feel like they need more of a juicy climate but we shall see how they do!

I only use a covering for doing clones / cuttings. i live in a high humidity environment (Oklahoma City)
