Starting from scratch

hi i live in northwest england and defo considering growing my own bud .. i have watch many videos and tutorials on how to grow it but if you cud can any1 just list the basic items i would need to grown say 2 plants in a small cupboard .. starting from scratch tht is .. much appresicated thanks :weed:

1))blue spec light doesn't have to be anything major till maybe few weeks older ,,

2)) seeds, put the in tissue or sum thing fabric even , wet it not too much i guess and put in sum thing sealed to increase humidity , and sum were warm helps to,,,

3)) then when they crack and you can see sum root come threw put the seed in root down in your grow medium ( wool ,, soil )

3a)) make sure if your using rockwool to get the water pH and the nutes into the water mix it then ,, let the wool soke in the water for a few min then give 3-4 sqizes to get sum of the water out to get air in,,, then put the seeds in,,

4)) put them in a dark warmish place, if poss to make humid would be nice but guess not major,,,they should take aday maybe 2 at the most to come out and then put the under lights ,, tho if you wanted ,, you could put under light after putting them into the wool,, instead of putting in the dark ect,,,,,, just up 2 you,,
