starting from seeds

i was wondering if anyone could tell me the easiest and fastest way of getting a seed to sprout.

there are plenty of methods, but i like to use the filling up a cup with luke warm water and putting in a some what dark place for a few days and change water as needed usually sprout within 1-2 days sometimes less

i had over 70 seeds and got 64 to germinate with putting them on a pot tray in tissue and on top of your grow light..just what i did everyone has different methods..

warm water n paper towel works fine for me,about 1-3 days to crack

the fastest way is send them to me............i will even send you pics to show how they are doing.......
