Starting super soil composting without a few ingredients?

I got the bulk of the materials yesterday for super soil, but had to order azomite, humic acid and dolomite online. It may be as much as two weeks until they all arrive. Is it OK to start the composting in the meantime without these ingredients and mix them in as they arrive? And if I do this, should I restart the clock for the cooking period when the last ingredient is added?

Reason I ask, my seeds will be here in a few days, and I am an antsy to get growing. I want to get things going and try to time the SS readiness to the time when I'd be transplanting into big pots.

It wont hurt anything to start composting early, just make sure when you add your final ingertants to let it cook for 6 weeks
