Is there an actual date this will be voted on?

I read few article where some lady spoke on why it shouldnt be legalized an they said it hurt the chances of it passing but curious on when the day is that it will pass/fail. If it does pass how long until thing are actually in motion throughout the state?

At least a year, minimum from the time the Gov signs it. On the Federal level, it's painfully slow to get things from signed to effective.

There are many, MANY bills/laws/acts that Presidents sign that doesn't become effective until LOOOONG after they are out of office.

About the year timeframe,

That's IF they treat it like they did decriminalization bill. Others have been known to linger for years
