Stealth first indica grow,

So about a month back i bought some clones from my buddy ( small plant on the right ) which were supposed to be a sativa (afhgan kush) but only one survived as a result of not being rooted properly from the person i bought them off of, so i went back and bought a seedling (purple indica), than ran to the hardware store and bought 3 6500k 120v daybright Micro-mini cfls 2 splitters, and two t8's in a plan to try a fluro indoor grow,
after a bit of time (18hours max) new green started to show and i already had to move the lights further,
after about 3 weeks it started to have a nice smell and i had to move them as fear of someone could hear the fan blowing in the false wall,before they could hear from the outside and decided to get greedy, me and my buddy went and found a nice spot outside, crossed our fingers transplanted to the outdoor life and watered with some 20-20-20 once every 3 days for a week and a half,
i have yet to transfer pictures to a camera
i wanna switch to 26-8-16 miracle gro, as i heard it will help with bloom come september but im not sure. any suggestions?

this was 2 weeks ago, i will have more from earlier on and what it looks like now, its decent for not checking on it in about 4 days

the small plant has also been moved,

One Week later, from the last set of pictures, the small plant is moved now, im either thinking on just trashing it or throwing it under the fluros,
but shes got female preflowers, all over, and shes lovin this sun getting around 15+hours of sun,
is it too late to prune/top? i tried bending it, but than unstrained it when transplanted outside.
