Stealth Grow Box

I am completely new to growing and this is going to be my first grow. I have the basic concept of putting the inside of the grow box together the outside is where i am having difficulty. I am thinking about buying a Drawer from wally world (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-4-Drawer-Chest-Cinnamon-Cherry/17165142) but im not sure how to modify the drawer to make a door for one complete side to open. I would like for the back of the drawer to open and the front with the shelves be closed off and be the "stealthy" part of the grow box. This is my first grow so i know i will have some troubles along the way so any suggestions you guys have about any of the grow process would be awesome. thanks alot ahead of time!

That dresser looks nice to use but never use a new one try to find a old on used like from craigslist
what im using is nice but not really stealthy but i like how i can lock them and how much room they have to high grows just have to take the shelfes out

thats very true. i actually really do like those cabinets especially the one on the right. You should think about having two chambers in either of those. Although, i'm trying to make my box blend inmy apartment because I have a lot of people who i wouldnt want to ask what the big cabinet is in the living room lol. What kind of lighting are you using? I want to get a lot of suggestions as far as lights go because i know lighting is very important in the grow process.

well it just depends on your space im using t5 lights in my cabinet that im veg in and the flower ones im using a 400 hps ive seen maybe ppl use cfl lights im trying a cfl grow my self now it seems to be turning out good so far but we will see. if you dont want ppl to see it its best to have it in a closet or some where ppl dont go most of the time like lets say bedroom. ive seen maybe ppl do what your wanting to do with the dresser they drill the front draws close so it cant be opened and open the back and just keep it close to the wall so no light shows thro they use cfl lights bc the low heat they make you can have tons and it get only a little warm. and try not to use tinfoil that makes alot of heat for you plants not good in small places best to just plaint everything with white flat plaint you could use little computer fans that are not loud and use little power plus their tiny. must ppl that do the small grows also go 12/12 from start that make the plant skip the veg stage and go strait to flowering so 2 months and you have bud small buds but hey its bud its also good for new grows with sexing you find out the sex of the plant easy so you can trash your males instead of putting all this work into a plant and it turn out to have balls and you have to trash it
