stealth grow just got the box

the dimensions of my box are L x W x H : 31 x 16 x 29. (inches) just wondering how many lights i would need i was thinking of 6, and would 1 intake and 1 exhaust do? 2 computer fans? besides that ive been doing a lot of reading on this site but just became a member today cuse i wanted to see all the pics that were being posted. also if u could what lights do u reccomend cfl watts??? thx for any help i recieve
