Stem snapped, need some pointers; PLEASE!

I am close to harvest I think and one of my plants snapped at the top half and in attempting to brace it, it flexed a few times. I Need some opinions from some experienced growers. Should I cut that part of and start drying it, or leave it braced and see what happens?

As long as it didn't snap completely it should be good, but I agree you're still a ways off from harvest

You'll be fine. But you aren't actually close to harvest. Weeks to go.
Really weeks to go? The trichomes are starting to amber and from my research their coloring seems like they are real lose

It's a very tough plant and yes, you have lots of time still. Please don't flush or anything like that.

I appreciate everyone's opinions. I would like to know why the consequences here is that they are weeks from harvest? They have been in bud for over 8 week's now, and the trichomes are starting to amber. The buds are starting to weigh down the nodes. I'll attach a few pics

It didn't snap completely but it was pretty pinched and when I was trying to get it supported to the stake it fell Ober the other direction completely.
Just keep an eye on it, you'll notice if it's unable to bounce back on that branch within a few days. Some strains throw white pistils all the way to harvest, I don't really check trichomes, but if you do make sure you're checking the ones on the buds themselves and not the leaves. Also the top upper buds will generally finish sooner than the lower ones. I tend to let the whole plant grow until the lowers fatten up, some people harvest the uppers and let the lower half finish. Calyxes will swell up, the pistils will recede and they really put on the weight and density in those final few weeks.

You don't start looking at trichomes until most of the pistils have turned red and retracted into the calyces. Give it another week and take some more pics.
I'm glad you're saying something cause I was just starting to flush.
If you're in a hydro substrate you flush to clear your substrate. Flushing can not remove anything from a plant. Sadly it just starves the plant when you're finishing bulking and still require nutrition.

Good luck and hang in there.

Most people here feel flushing is just starving your plants when they still need food. I never flush and feed right until harvest.
I have tried serv

It's soil grown and hand watered, if that helps. So keep feeding them nutes? I will definitely post some more pics in a week and post for opinions

Here's a close up bud shot of two of mine about 2 weeks from harvest. Right about where yours look. The second one was super cropped (ie her stem snapped the difference was I snapped it deliberately since she was too tall). But yours should heal similarly. See the red pistils almost completely retracted. So that's about what needing 2 weeks more looks like oh and I don't flush.
