stereo experiment results

I posted a wile back. results are in with running a stereo system for you plants in flower. I played mostly classical and then switch to classic rock. 24/7 I have stages of plants in flower. late flower on I have dry. there is ( zero) difference in yield . no difference in plant growth . no difference in looks. I shut the stereo off. save electric . this is from my grow room . I have co2 2200 ppm I run it hard. best of lighting hortilux hps . best of every thing I know about I can throw at them. same average yield per plant. that's what I expected but said wtf why not try it. I have a new experiment going im running a 600 watt hortilux blue 7200 k http://www.eyehortilux.com/products/Metal-Halide#blue in flower. im about 3 weeks in with it. plants are loving it . nice big buds growing fast. nice sexy plants lot of color. the rest of my lights are hortilux 600 hps. to me the buds are not forming as fast as the blue. the blue is winning right now we will see in 5 weeks or so . ill keep you posted. the 600 blue is rec for all stages of plant growth look at the chart compared to a standard hps. it has every thing like the sun. if it wins I will be posting a lot of used hps on ebay and buying a shit ton of the blues. I have finished with this 600 , finish was about 5 to 7 days faster for those little guys to get amber under the scope.

I like to leave my tv's running 24/7 to wast electric its much better than classical.lol im jokin man, nothin wrong with experamenting.im actually very interested in your light comparison,are you running side by sied or just recording and comparing? Shoot some pics!

I've done the whole hps vs metal halide experiment before... I did this on a couple runs...what I found was MH brings out the colors and the resin production but not the weight.... GPS packs on the weight, big dense buds.... still good resin production but the the MH had a higher THC percentage by 4 percent... I did this with hortilux bulbs, both 1000, same brand hoods and ballasts... this was also done in my flower room...

same room same hoods. rafter 8 inch air cooled hoods. I placed 12 plants in flower the same day. 6 under 1 light 6 the other . so far the big winner WAY BIGGER buds surprised the shit out of me was the hortilux 7200k bulb . its not just a mh bulb it has all the spectrums mixed in looking at the chart I think its going to win the hps bulbs . we will see. seriously the mh plants look so much better bud formation size lot more of those sugar crystals forming. I wear loomi blue glasses to look at them other wise I be blind , so the color with the glasses on both light will look blue. I almost bought a 900 dollar led the other day to run it in the room . I can return it if it does not work well. I may do this in the very near future , then I could post all 3 pics at once see the real winner.

up date. 7200 mh vs hps. the mh plants have better bud formation. the entire branch is a bud. the hps less bud formation. but bigger buds . the yield on the hps will win the mh. I for got to mention I was running a 600 hps hortilux vs a 1000 watt hortilux 7200 mh. last night I pulled out the mh bulb and threw in a hps lamp I need the yield. the hps lamp results look much better bigger yield actually the quality will be better. there is so much more sugar all over the fan leafs from the hps. im always wanting to screw around to see what is what its fun. my next test is a 600 hps vs a 1000 watt hps hortilux. the results should be simple. the 1k should devastate the yield over the 600. only problem is the light is further away. I will let you guys know. also I also talked to this owner of led company in china direct whole sale. he is shipping me a led free of cost to see how it works and to post reviews on his site and other web sites. if it works @ 110 dollars each any they sell for 600 to 1200 ! same unit different brand names. lets just say I will be buying 50 of these with in 3 months. http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/2014-apollo-led-grow-lights_1650615856.html it will save me about 400 watts a light to me that is major money. yes I do run 3 homes right now. paying 1500 to 2500 a house in electric. I will not dick around it will go over top of 4 plants in flower as soon as I get it. 1.5 foot tall plants vs 600 watt hortilux . this light is expose to put out 900 watts. deeper penetration . im very excited.
