Still not sure what the problem is!!

here is all the info i have. hopefully y'all can tell the WTF im doing wrong. the PH is 7.0 miracle grow moisture control. no nutrients have been added. moisture is 2.2 out of 4 and im using a 1000w MH

1000 watt bulb is no joke, its for the serious contenders, drop down to like a 400 watt system. And I don't at all mean that in a belittling way, it's just too much intensity for a casual hobby grow.

no its not that the light is too close...even the stocks are retarded its like slammin them with steriods..the light is like 3 feet away from the plants..look real close or magnify them this is happening with way too much frequency and it HAS TA STOP..driving me friggin crazy..there has to be a solution(a logical one) surely someone has seen this or experianced this
