Ok, I was chatting the other day with WTFH4xx, dirtyd, and fatnugz, and we were shooting some info around on how to do some basic electrician work. Anyways, I was really reminded that when starting this system I lost sight in getting EVERYTHING I needed before I set up a grow.
Here is a reminder: Stinkbud constantly reinforces the build as you grow philosophy. I had dreams of CO2 systems and tons of lighting floating around in my head while I was looking at the daunting cost of getting all this set up. The 3 I meantioned above really brought me back down to earth saying, why dont you just start by building a veg system and cloning from there to check sex, or checking the pre-sex flowers to get going.
I then said to myself, wait a minute, I don't need to build 3 systems at once, I can just start with one veg unit, one flower unit, and a light. WHAT AN EPIPHANY!!!!! You mean to tell me I dont have to buy a bunch of $300 dollar lights and a $1000 CO2 system right off the bat!!!!!?/?!?!?!?!?!?
So i just wanted to reinforce the fact that you dont have to have everything right away, as long as you have a clear goal. I might be like a lot of the newer members, wanting to have everything set before I go, but just be realistic and build upon a proven system.
