stop the stretch

I have 2 bagseed plants growing in a greenhouse, topped one and left the other one alone, since topping the plant has had mad stretch and if it keeps going the way its going it will take over a good portion of the greenhouse, is there anyway to stop stetching.? im tieing it down and keeping it low but stopping stretch would be great, my cameras dead so no pics, theres about 4-7 inches of stem growth between nodes.

Your key here is light. If you have that amount of stretch, the plant is seeking light. If you have no way of supplementing the light available, supercropping may be your only solution. JMO W
