storeing plants for oil hash....help

ok guys here`1s the deal. i recently cut down a few males, cut the leaves off and whatnot, and am currently storeing them in a ziplock bag, in my freezer for about a week or so till i can weed out the rest of the males.
My question is would it still be good after a week or 2 in the freezer to make oil hash with? with the alcohol method>? like will the THC still be preserved in the freezer?? that`s what i have heard and why i am storeing it in their, can anyone comment on this please?? any advice and suggestions will be greatly appriciated, and earn some rep.

Freezing is fine, I usually collect all my trim from several grows and freeze it until I have a pound or so, then I make my hash.
