Storing Chiba Long Term

What is a reasonable time frame that herb could be stored in airtight glass in a deep freeze, or just a normal freezer I don't know if the extreme cold would cause negative effects from expansion of the trich's, possibly with some sort of dehumidifier to help cut down on moisture? Larger amounts of herb are in question if that helps at all.

I have never done this but I have contemplated it. I believe that a cooler temperature would be helpful but I wouldn't freeze it. Cold damages organic matter over time (freezer burn). I would get as much moisture out of it as I could and put it in the fridge. You could dig a hole under the frost line in your neck of the woods and it would stay about 52 degrees F all the time which would be really good I believe. Yes on the airtight glass.

Airtight mason jars, in a cool dry place. You can add the boveda 62% humidity packs to keep it from getting to dried out. They are suppose to be replaced every 6 months, not sure how long it would be before the thc totally decayed, but I had heard you are good for at least a year(2 packs).
