Story time, then a mystery! Please help me save my hydro!!!

Hello RIU community, I have some questions for all the growers out there who are more experienced than me. I have a friggin mystery on my hands which is going to require a bit of background before i ask the questions. There will be pictures that i will correspond my descriptions with so that it's as clear as possible, because i'm a fiend for knowledge and i don't like disappointing my ladies. I'm going to do my best to avoid errors in my descriptions and such, but just know that I am blaaaaaaaazed. ok let's do this...

Damn i just spent twenty minutes staring at the screen trying to think of where to start..

When i started shhhmokin about two years ago, i would sometimes encounter some seedy bud, as i'm sure all of us have at some point. Well, i have just upgraded my living situation this past summer as well as got more room to grow, so i decided to pick it up a notch. I had about 36 seeds from various strains that i had smoked, so when i moved here with my back yard and all, i planted those babies in rockwool cubes, sprouted them indoors and then planted them in cups to go outside once i thought they were mature enough (picture 1). Yes, there's only 17 babies in cups; the ones that didn't make it got really tall and spindly and fell over, or just failed to grow at all, whatever. I grew them outside a total of around 3 weeks, replanted them of course, then after 3 incremental soil drenches AND foliar sprays of Azamax, i took the chance of moving them inside, right next to my second attempt at hydro (my first attempt failed at week 5 of flower due to root aphids, those sons of bitches). picture 2 shows the 9 females that have made the journey thus far. All the plants showed their sex before coming inside when they naturally went into flower since i did this in december in southern california. The two plants that are in soil, right against the black flood tray are clones (chem dawg left, and platinum kush on the right) that a clinic threw in for free when i bought my 7 clones for hydro. pictures 3 and 4 show the two of them in their week 2 glory.

I think that's sufficient background for my problems, my apologies if that was a bitch to read. Ok here's the problem:

My hydro plants, which are super skunk #1, are in week 2 of flowering and literally every singly pistil on every single bud site is brown and scragly, almost burnt looking...(pictures 5-8). I just took all the pictures with my blackberry so the quality sucks, i was trying to use different types of lighting to help but i couldn't get it clear enough. Why aren't they healthy and white?

here are the vitals:

one 600w hps over they hydro, one 400w hps over the soil
in the resevior, there's about 150 ppm of Cal Mag, but ~1300 ppm of Xnutrients bloom&micro total. ( i start with RO water)
I use H2O2 in the res, about 3mL/gal
pH has been a steady 5.7-5.9 (first time i've religiously kept it steady, knock on wood)
room temp is peaks at about 90, heat is my BIGGEST problem in this grow set up, notice the fans.
7 1 gallon pots filled with rockwool croutons surrounding a net pot filled with hydroton, covered with foil to prevent algae growth, sitting on about 3/4 inch of hydroton so that the pots don't constantly sit in the remaining water that doesn't drain from my homemade ebb and flow set up. they get fed about once every other day since their pots retain a lot of moisture.
They too have been treated with Azamax, and no bugs have been spotted, the yellow sticky pad just has bugs on it from a previous grow.

Although the leaves look nice and healthy, except for the bottom few yellows? they are nice and stiffy and pointed up, drinking in that HPS. I flushed yesterday with 5.7pH RO water just because i figured it couldn't hinder the quest for a solution to my problem...

Please help me? and please don't tell me that my hydro got pollinated somehow, my heart will fail. From picture 9 and on, they are just their to give a visual of my set up. Notice also how all the soil, outdoor plants have nice white healthy pistils. the soil, clinic clones have literally about 1/2 healthy white pistils and 1/2 brown, burnt scragly pistils, what in the shit is going on here?? i have a suspicion that the 600 watt light is toxic? too close? too hot? it's a loaned light, and i know the bulb has been used at least 2 full cycles.

I'm really excited for my mystery plants, they seem to be all 100% female, i obsessively check for pollen bananas, but one or two could be hiding..hmm. Notice the indica and sativa variance in the strains, isn't that cool! Thanks for helping me out and reading all my shit everyone, any wisdom shared would be greatly appreciated. picture 16 and 17 are my clones i took of my super skunk, chem dawg, and some big mother plant that the clinic gave me for free, which i almost killed so i cloned her x8, and forgot the fucken strain like an idiot..

Cheers everyone, thanks for reading.

why are the pistils brown and wilted in the middle of week two, while the plant itself looks extremely healthy. it made me laugh reading what you said by the way. can you helppppp?

Brown pistils at early flowering are mainly caused by heat stress, I read you peak at 90°F so that's provably it.
