Strange bug, just one, caterpillar?

2nd grow, first was too problem free, i guess here come the issues, attached are pics of a single bug, at first i thought it was white fluffy mold, i snipped the whole arm out of panic, under the microscope i found this little guy. Is the webby stuff from him too? Attached the pics. Appreciate any input please its 4am and im having a meltdown lol

TL:DR do i need to be worried about the rest of the plant/s or can i breath after getting rid of this one?

I'm not sure, but it looks weird...and I see the silk or whatever on the leaves...makes me think spider mites....but I am no bug expert so hopefully one will come along.
@Renfro perhaps

Whereabouts do you live, US UK EU etc?
Im UK and I'd something similar on an outdoor plant a week or so ago.
I think it was a Tortrix moth or leafroller moth caterpillar.
I squished the caterpillar and gave the plant a squirt of buggun clear insecticide.

UK honestly this is from a tent, inside in a spare room, i have no idea how this may have got in probably on my clothing? Ive read that mold can often accompany caterpillars and after a google they look like the same one, its definitely not spiders mites as i had it vigorously under the microscope, ill keep an eye if i see anything else ill just spray the plants i guess, cheers guys

Kill it with fire. It's poop will turn into mold and you will end up with bud rot or worse. Hungry Hungry Caterpillar belong in books not marijuana gardens....

Ive only found about 6 in total, all localised to one area of the tent, im guessing that theres going to be alot more than 6? Given them a big spray, snip anything ive seen munched on, can i hope to just deep daily checks and snipping anything i see will keep me safe for the last 5 weeks?

Little update for anyone who comes across the thread searching a similar issue, found a bottom bud and multiple leaves deep under the canopy covered in brown dirt like specks not far from where most caterpillars were found, finding maybe 1 a day now thats all removed, this isnt a panicky bug to deal with if you're attentive with your plants and prompt with your actions, thanks to the guys who replied, heres a picture of the 2 babys who shall live on! 4.5 weeks to go!20200707_103327.jpg
