Seems an awful lot like my aquaponic system as well; respectively understanding that the microbial growth is much different in Aquaponics.

That's what I mean, there's a lot more going on in the tank, than you would have going on in a traditional hydro setup. I assume you feed your fish fish food, and you don't dump nitrate in the tank. The fish eat their food, and through the N cycle, it ends up as available Nitrate to the roots.

That's what I mean by it not being hydro. It's different. You're feeding fish, the feed the plant. Just as in soil, you feed the soil, the soil feeds the plant.

Yes, but thats only true for Nitrates. I add my own mix of Magnesium Sulfate, Calcium Sulfate, Rock Phosphate, Iron, and Potash directly to the water.

I took these pictures just now. Tell me what you think. Remember, I fed my plants with cal/mag and 1 gallon of PH water.

What?? I never said that at all. You must have me mistaken for somebody else. I would never say that dude. I'm on my very first grow. 3rd week into flower. If I said anything to offend I am sorry but I would never make such an arrogant comment when I freely admit I know NOTHING and am soaking up knowledge daily.
