Strange growth on outdoor plants, Reverting to veg? First time grow

This plant was started from seed on February 17, moved outside on April 1, and topped once on April 19. For nutrients I use the fox farm soil trio at half strength every other watering, and happy frog soil. I was hoping it would finish flowering after putting it outside too early on accident, but this makes me think it will revert to veg. I live in Southern California and the strain is Blueberry Widow Feminized.

If it is reverting then what should I do? I could try manipulating the light to keep it in flower, but I dont have any materials to do so.

Yup totally going back into veg let. And next time if you want a tree give that big girls tons more of dirt like 70gal +++.Let her go at this point she will flower back in fall

Would it be worth it to harvest some of the buds right now? They are somewhat developed and im assuming they might come out funny if I leave them until fall.

Also my planter is a 4x16 raised wooden bed that is 2 feet tall, and is holding 3 plants. That should be plenty of room for a large tree-like plant right?
