Strange leaves/markings on new growth? Beginner Help!!

Already battled leaf miners a few weeks back..and been treating it somewhat with neem oil. My guess is broad mites or a lockout. I always check my Ph to the 6 range before watering and I got a cheap lil Ph tester to stick in my soil it reads low 7 to highish 6 and I know that’s a little high, but still I’m not sure it would effect it like this..Maybe even burns from too much nutes? But my best guess is like stated broad mites.(Last pic is my other plant which seems to be the same problem.) There is also some marks on larger fan leaves.

Strain/Gorilla Glue. 6 weeks since seed
Outdoor grow
Temp usually being in the mid to high 80s (yeah I know that’s high) Humidity being 60-70s
Soil/Happy frog
Nutes-Jacks classic 20-20-20
5 Gallon pot

Plant still seems green and lively. Just sick?

Very dark glossy green says way too much nitrogen. Give plain water a couple of times. In volumes adequate to reach the bottom of the container.
