Looks like a leaf miner to me. Its the larva of flies/moths that feed on the plant tissue. You can spray some neem oil on the plant to help get rid of them.

Those look very much like leafminers.
Neem oil or Castile soap will work. It wont kill them but will drive them away from your grow.
You'll need to trim the fans to prevent infection.
