Strange Yellow Spots on leaves

I am running ebb&flow using GH nutes, PH around 5.8. I am running 12/12 from seed and it has been working well. Lately I have seen yellow spots appearing on leaves and am wondering what it might be. I have looked at the various plant problem guide and haven't found the solution.

I was running GH at 3-2-1 ratio just like I am in flowering. Lately I have switched to a 1-1-1 ratio to increase nitrogen but have not had much time for change.

Any thoughts?

don't know what that is, the pics are a little blurry, but I'm guessing that perhaps the switch to 1-1-1 might be an issue. just a thought. can't help more than that.
