yes, streetlights are HPS.
no, i would not recommend stealing one.
you can get a magnetic setup online for cheap now.

unless you live in some advanced society where you have high wattage LED streetlights,than by all means go for it :eyesmoke:

or buy a low bay HPS shop light..i got a 400 for $40 on craigslist...the dude cleaned out a factory and had about 50 of em for sale.
