Stress, Pest, or Pollen??

Stress, Pest, or Pollen??
I have a female plant with very small buds approx 5 weeks into flower. My concern is that the plant has been pollinated, but being a novice grower, I'm not sure if there is a nutrient or light issue that I am not aware of.
Has anyone seen anything like this before? Suggestions?

Humidity averages 40
Temp 70-80
using a floor stand fan (consumer type)
600w HPS and California Lightworks Solar 550
I only water when soil is dry (1 knuckle deep

Just curious what makes you think its been pollinated? do you have male plants in the area or have you found some nanners on her? im in my 7th week of flower and stressed my girl somehow and she grew a few dicks but think i got them all off before pollen sacks opened

Nice photo! I wish my buds were so frosty.
Yes, there were some males in the area. Being a rookie, I am not sure what a pollinated female looks like in the early stages. No nanners on the plant that I can see. I don't see any pests but russet mites are not visible to the naked eye and I had seen some infestation photos the look like what I see on this plant. I thought perhaps the plant was too close to the light, but all the buds are really small. I'm not sure what steps tp take next.

I personally think you had them too close to the light I would just give it a couple days and see if they mend, how close is your light and do you keep a fan blowing across the plant and light to move heat? Here is a better pic of that bud with no lite on it.

Thanks for the input. Much appreciated.
Nice plant. What strain?
The HPS was maybe 18" from the top bud, but I got it out of there pretty quick. I guess not quick enough.
I'll give it another couple of days and then update all.

This is Lemon Haze OG the best i can tell i get some pretty great bud from california and actually over the last year i have found a couple seeds so i believe this one was the haze, I actually found 2 seeds in some gorilla glue and thats what im doin next, 100% organic already got my soil cooking, this way i wont have to really give it any nutrients have already mixed it all in the soil. At best i may have to give some bloom ferts but that will hopefully be it. And 18" is a little close i keep mine at about 24 to 28" and mines a 430w HPS, bet thats what has caused your problem id give it a few days keep eye on new growth if it looks good you should be fine, not sure those damaged leaves will heal to terribly much but they may since ya caught it quick.

I thought that looked like a Lemon. I grew a few last year, but none were as nice as this. Perhaps I harvested too early.
I agree that it could be a number of other things. I plan on waiting a few more days to see what happens. I did treat with Mighty Wash as a precaution.
Here are some photos of the whole plant.

I'm assuming you dont top your plancts during veg to get extra bushy plants, sure would help produce more bud. I usually pinch mine 3 to 4 times and as the plance vegging everyday i bend the branches down to train them was gonna scrog this but never got around to making the scrogg net, so just let it go and it did quite well, has tons of buds all over it and the lower ones are actually doing really well at the moment.

im not sure

the first pic is of the bud

the small sugar leaves have some yellowing
does every top have that or just the one at the very top? was it to close to the light?

the picture of the entire plant looks perfectly healthy

I hate to say it but can you take another picture like the first one of the tops but a few inches back so I can see the leaves more

are you removing the large fan leaves? or does that strain just have small leaves?

no worries on the pix. Glad you can help.
I am removing large fan leaves. The strain doesn't have small leaves.

these pics are like pulling teeth my friend

the lights are purpling everything and you cant see the color of the plant

stop removing the fan leaves.... unless theyre at the bottom and yellowing in late bloom

fan leaves are solar panels

have you ever heard someone (putting in a solar panel system to power there house) say... gee wiz I wish I had less solar panels so I could get more energy?

Yep what he said, im in the 7th week and have started only removing a few of the bigger ones simply to get some light down to the lower flowers you have removed way to many, those are the factories that build your plant and without them you will have a wimpy plant.

UPDATE:
Firstly thanks to all who responded with such great and helpful ideas and suggestions.

The plant was harvested with a yield of about 1.5 oz.

As for the plant problems and the remedies that worked:
The lights were way to close to the plant. Now I check the distance from the lights to the top of the canopy every few days.
The was a lack of nutrients so I set a regular feeding/watering schedule with a written log in case my slightly geriatric brain forgets.
The plant DID get pollinated. Still not sure if it pollinated itself or was pollinated from an undetected male in the room. I am now vigilant about checking for males and hermies.
The plant was a hermie.
I believe the plant has some @worthlessgenetics because I am seeing some of the same traits with other plants from the same batch of seeds.

Thanks to all for your great help and suggestions.

Thanks for those kind words! Despite all the advances towards legalization, this still remains as a somewhat underground industry. It's great to have a place to share ideas and information with people who know.
Cheers to you bro!!

Do not Remove your fan leaves unless they're more then 80% gone. Those are sucking energy to help your bud get bigger, the light gets absorbed from those and make the plant bigger.
I also grow like you I only top them once when they are in the veg room.
have you ever heard of Peter's or Jack's Blossom Booster? I am just asking because it is very easy to work with and gives all the nutes your ladies need during the flowering process.
But really don't pull those leaves off unless they're dead, yellow, etc.
what are those spots on your leaves? is that from spaying them with something?
If you are spraying be careful because that will stop the uptake of your nutes in the soil.
So you took her down at the stage we seen in pic above? PM me when you get going again, I would like to help you out.
