Anyone ever get a batch of healthy seeds that just didnt want to break shell.
I tried soaking them longer and the ones i have in a paper towel i have actually taken a pair of scissors and tried to snip the tip or get the shell to crack some at its seam.
I have heard about sandpaper and matchbox shaking.
Any other tricks out here?
Info:
multiple other crosses i pollinated cracked and did well, but every cross i did with CSD made a batch of some of the most stubborn seeds. ( They are mature 6+ weeks old from pollination. they where popping calyx when flower finished)
