Stuned seedling growth!!

hi, i've put my germinated seed in soil and only the first 2 round leaves have come out. also the tips of them got a little yellow. It's been like that for a week or so and it seams like it's growth has stuned. i use good soil and they are placed in a pot outdoors. also, these are bag seeds, and although they seam fine to me, some have taken a week to germ and other seedlings are growing slow too. any suggestions to solve the slowness?

well i did have some seeds
like 5 of them that did grow with the only 2 first little leafs
seems more like an haricot then a weed plant..
but 2 of my 5 did grow after this
and now are nice plants
so just be patient my friend
