Stunted Growth-Any Thoughts?

Scored an auto flowering Blue Hindu seed from Mosca seeds, germinated it and got it in some soil. Unfortunately, I accidentally used potting soil that had gotten wet from basement flooding and I suspect leached a lot of nutrients out of it. Very slow growth! I Transplanted the seedling to some FF happy frog 5 days ago but it’s still slow going.

I’m two weeks post soil breakthrough, picture below. Anything else I can do or is it just a matter of hoping this pushes through and gets stronger roots? This is the shrimpiest I’ve seen a grow 2 weeks after it came above ground.

It would have grown faster in a smaller container. Maintaining the correct water to oxygen ratio with a tiny plant in a large pot will be a challenge.
Thanks. It was actually in a little peat pot for 12 days after sprouting and wasn’t growing more even then. Just potted it up to the grow bag. I see a lot of debate about whether to start it in its final container or to start small.

Never seems to works well putting a tiny seedling in a big container; they need moisture but air to the roots us just as important. There’s no debate..start seeds in a small vessel like a yogurt or plastic beer cup or something with holes/slants for aeration. Really does help develop the root system. You want those roots sorta popping out before transplanting so they get some air.
I have been using root riot plugs recently which work great for germination. Your plants will grow faster and develop a stronger nodal structure if you allow the roots to flourish. They don’t need anything but water for about the first three weeks; no need for nutrients til then. Try adding some extra perlite to your happy frog mix for next time; helps with aeration.
