Stunted Growth, Leaves Curling In. Nute Burn on Satori?

Hey! Having some fun figuring out how to grow with hydro. In the midst of what I hope is my first full grow, but I can't seem to get any of my four Satori sprouts to grow. They're so stunted that they're on day 12 and still only have one set of adult leaves.

They've also started to curl in and turn lime yellow. One developed yellow tips, but the others are still green. I started with FloraNova Bloom at 50ppm, and then upped it to 100 once they sprouted. After about 4 or 5 days, I upped it to 150ppm, and then once they had grown out adult leaves it got bumped again to 200ppm. In hindsight, I can see this being too aggressive.

I'm using RO/DI in a DWC/Bubbleponics setup. My res is lightproof, and my setup is clean and free of any signs of mold or bugs. Temps have been high 70s/low 80s, and RH between 35 and 70%, mostly in the 40s-50s. Res temps are stable at 67F, and I am using two 24W T5 veg lights. Two days ago I turned on CO2 at 1500ppm.

pH has been relatively stable in the hi 5s (5.7-6.1).

If anyone wants to take a crack at this, I'd greatly appreciate it! The pics are on page two of my grow journal. Dyslexics Untie!!! SATORI | Stealth/Tent | DWC | 250W HPS/MH & 180W LED | CO2@1500ppm

Thanks in advance!

WITHOUT SEEING YOUR PLANTS, I can tell you that yellowing leaves are usually attributed to:
1. Not enough food.
2. Not enough light
3. Old growth (cotyledons always turn yellow and fall off...for this reason after the first node has grown, I remove them)

AFTER SEEING YOUR PLANTS, I would say they should be much larger than those seedlings though. If you would like, pm me your private email addy and I can send you a pic of a day 12 plant. Considering they dont have very many leaves it makes it hard to diagnose your problem. But, you should know that using a bloom nute (Thats all I can find in your journal that you are using) during veg growth is going to cause problems. Nitrogen is primarily responsible for the green, vegetative, leafy growth of a plant. During bloom, most of the Nitrogen is removed so that the plant will STOP growing, and focus development on flowers and oil (resin) production. According to GH feeding schedule you should use 2.5ml per gallon of both grow and bloom.
A couple questions before I recommend anything:
1. How wet is your RW...is it staying pretty damp?
2. What nutes are you using?
3. What is the distance of the light to the plants?
4. Are you supplementing calcium and magnesium since you are using RO water?
5. What is your ppm straight out of the faucet?

Also...you can germ seeds in RW with an aeroponic system as well.

Hey PeaceFarmer - thanks for taking a minute to drop in - appreciate the feedback! The method behind the madness with respect to FloraNova Bloom is that its NPK value is very close to the Lucas formula, so it can be used from germ to harvest (and often is with huge success). If you're interested in a good read, SCOTTYBALLS Pineapple Express grow got him 13oz out of one plant using this technique. Check it out: https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/344359-pineapple-express-g13-labs-seed.html

As for the plants, they're looking much better now. This flush is really helping them out. I'll post some pics and details in the grow journal. Apologies if it's quite wordy, but I've tried to put as much info pertaining to the grow as possible..
