Stunted growth?

My plant is a few weeks old and it's been grown outdoors its entire life. And it was showing lots of rapid growth until about a week ago and it's been this same size since, I've been careful not to over water it and I've only given it nutes twice, its had plenty of sunlight and fresh air with no drastic temperature changes lately.

What can I do to help it?
What exactly is wrong?

it's perfectly healthy, the reason why the growth is slow on top is because it's growing below the soil. the roots are growing. you have a really healthy plant there man. keep doing what you do :D
