Stunted growth?!!

Hey, I have 4 lsd plants in the veg stages growing in 1 inch rockwoll and hydroton, about 4 days. They don't seem to be growing for shit. I reluctantly placed into the veg stage because I saw quite a few roots protruding and figured they needed room. they are about 2 or 3 inches tall.
They are under 6500k floro 4 x 48" about three inches above plants on 18/6 sched. Feeding them a very minute 1/4 nutes( gh floro mix) once a day. They don't seem to be suffering from any water stresses or nute burn/defficency.
They look like normal young plants with good air flow and steady temps. any thoughts from the community?? thanks. ohh jfi they've sprouted about 2 weeks ago.

2 weeks old and two to three inches tall, well depending on the strain thats not too bad

mine is about that tall at about 2 weeks out...

but mine is an indica strain northern lights

how many nodes ( or sets of leaves) do you have?

has two good sets, and I can see another two developing. I was thinking that maybe I'd be better off with a hid system.
anyways the nutes seem ok and the water only once a day manually. I guess its just me be impatient. hope so, I made myself a promise that I wouldn't smoke till I havest these plants....just jones"n ..peace
