Stunted growth

Hey everyone, sorry for the noob post, but I'm stumped. I've smoked pot for about 25 years, but have only grown it a couple times before this year. My plants started out nicely from seed. When I transfered them into bigger pots, one of them snapped, but I was able to save it. I'm worried the pots aren't big enough, and now that it's time to be flowering like crazy, they're rootbound. The bud on them looks beautiful, as you can see...it's just that there hasn't been ANY growth/advancement of the buds in about three weeks, if not longer.
The leaves went yellow/brown before dying off, so I thought it was a nutrient problem, but nothing has worked. Any advice helps. I should still have a month or so of growth, if anything can be done.

Take a large wide blade butchers knife.Insert it straight down through your root ball in several places. Roots heal and fork just like the top stems do. Don't go nuts but a couple of stabs down on each side of the plant halfway between the main stem and the side of the container. If it helps, and I have done this, keep going.If not you haven't lost anything and can chop. Water with plain water and go stabbing.

BTW obviously avoid the main tap root!

I think those pots are big enough for these skinny girls you have here. Also why is the bud so leafy and the the plant so leafless? What strain is it bro ?

Dude, I wish I knew the strain...but to be honest, I just found three seeds in some smoke my brother brought me during a visit. I grew two bubblegum plants from clone the summer before last, and they turned out really nicely. Those ones were in the ground, which is why I jumped to my rootbound conclusion with this year's. These girls had big leaves, but they yellowed and fell off. That's why I thought it was a nutrient problem, originally.
No worries. I've chopped them. I'll know soon enough if it's any good. No investment, so I'm not too upset that they didn't turn out. I'll try again next year, but pay more attention!

No growth for that long because it has no fan leaves...May as well chop the bitchs down.
