Stunted plant from getting rootbound and transplanted during flowering..

I'm wondering if anybody can give me advice on the plant on the left.

She's very stunted and twisted, and almost all the leaves are light yellow and curled. This is about six weeks into a 12/12 soil under a 600w HPS, with temps and humidity and ph all good.

About two weeks into 12/12 I noticed that she was getting rootbound to the point that water wasn't even draining through the pot, just sitting on top of the leaves. So I transplanted her into more soil, and three weeks later she still looks sick as hell.

The plant on the right is one of her sisters, planted at the same time, and looks a lot better... Do you think it is the rootbound issues that are making the left plant so stunted, or could it be a genetic thing?

Thanks for any help!

They pretty much stop growing roots in flower after @30days
you've got more problems than root bound.
