Stunted plants drying out after overwatering and low temps

Hey everyone, I have a small 2x2 with 10 seedlings. Some are much bigger than others and have been growing a month or so. There are 2 that stayed very small and I down potted them from a 1 gallon to a solo cup, then back to a 1 gallon with much more perlite in the soil. I will post pictures. I’m looking for some suggestions as to what to do with these very small plants. Should I downpot them again? I’m not sure if all this in and out is stressing them. They are the plants with the straws (strain is Chernobyl slymer cut by bobs bitchen beans). The other small ones are younger. I would start more but I don’t want to overwhelm myself. I just got a small space heater with temp regulator as I read that cannabis needs higher temps when using led lighting. I think this may have had something to do with the plants slow growth. Another question- If they get bone dry before I water will that stunt them as well? I really wanna let them dry out but am scared to do more harm than good. Thank you everyone for your help!

I have a few questions
2x2 as in feet?
You may have aspirations of multi variety growing but that space with that many plants you’ll be lucky to get 10 grams total
You would better off flowering three plants max and hoping for females
Since you decided to sprout so many you will end up killing most of them
Next time you would be better with three seeds hoping at least one is a girl
Before culling any keep in mind the stinkiest best growing ones are usually males
Doing three of one strain increases your odds of getting a female

My concern is light and water/feed schedule? And what are the stalks that look like cucumbers?
Most of what you have going is stretchy and to far from your light
I know you want to reinvent the wheel and grow them all but unless you can move them outdoors you are gonna end up killing them
Maybe just growing your three established plants will give you the best chance for success

Short answer -

Stop flip flopping seedlings in cups and containers- you can end up stunting them. You can actually let them grow in cup for a couple weeks before ready to transplant - make sure temps are good .

For the love of god - top off all cups and containers with soil. Plants ( bigger ones ) looking for more nitrogen ( pale lower leaf ) noted. Water them as needed no need for plants to run bone dry .

Pull whatever rutabagas / houseplant growing with seedlings. Not necessary to combine.

Yes, this is a small tent I have that I’m gonna be using for starting seeds. It’s 2x2x48 with an HLG 65. Inside another closet in the same room there is a 2x2.5x5’7” tent with an HLG 260W. I’m thinking of moving those 3 larger plants to the larger tent. But I have a feeling I gotta just relax and let these dry out. Light is measured with a Lux meter I purchased a while ago. The hlg 65 is dimmed maybe a bit over halfway. I haven’t fed them much more than a bit of espoma plant tone. This soil was purchased from a local nursery that makes their own soil and worm castings. It’s good stuff but I overwatered the hell outta these plants in the beginning and the tent was kinda cold. On top of that I don’t think I gave them enough perlite at the start. Those other plants are actually sunn hemp. It’s supposed to be a good cover crop to bring nitrogen into the soil. I should have mentioned I do have 3 small plants outdoor as well. I reckon the constant switching them indoor/outdoor and back may have messed with them a bit. The three larger ones do smell a bit already and have grown very well despite the others staying small. They are 88 g13 Hashplant from Hazeman seeds and I really don’t want to kill any of these, the other small ones are la pure kush from hazeman. I was thinking of doing a sea of green in the 2x2.5 with living soil bed. Was gonna build one with wood. What do you think?

So is it not a good idea to veg them outside and then flower indoor? I am going to be starting them in cups always from now on. I’m terrified of overwatering them again. Those small plants are just little cover crop sunn hemp. I do pee around my outdoor plants haha

It's not a good idea to bring them in and out. You're asking for bugs.
