Stunting Marjiuana Growth

I was wondering if any of you growers out there have any tips for a 'confined' grower such as myself. I have a small space (About 20 inches) for my growbox. What are some different ways I can stunt the growth, keep it short, or whatever. I heard maybe changing light cycles to something like 12/12 would work. But veg or flower? Any other ways?

Low stress training would be good for you. Once the plant gets to tall for your space, tie the top down. It'll rearrange itself to grow up toward the light again. When it gets too tall again, tie it down some more and so on.

LST (Low Stress Training) the thing to keep it very short but bush out. Really good way to keep small size and not damage harvest volumes.

Thanks guys. I don't know if I should let it get ALL the way to the top of my space. I decided to go with a 24 inch high filing cabinet. I'll go with the normal way though, thanks guys. I also heard scrog might work. I'll look into that if this way doesn't work.

I meant the maximum height you wish it to be.
