jk ladys and gents, i created a thread before asking "what is considered a plant?" , today i got a call back from HC. He gave me a definition they use for "plant" it was back and foreth with ther legal terms, i told him i was human and needed it a little more defined. He went on to say "no root, no plant, if your licensed for 73 say cut 100 but if you notice 74-75 take the few weekest out and destroy the rest" i go onto ask what about police intervention in the case i have many cuttings? Kind gentleman reaponded " we would confirm just your address and plant count but only that due to privacy act, we would also give them the same definition as we did to you, no roots no plant"

start cutting people and find that proper pheno.

That helps a lot. Thanks for posting that bit of knowledge. No root no plant. Wish they had said that before Marc Emery was sent down to the states for selling seeds over the border.
