Like I said, I give up. You win.
Everyone can ignore my input on the feedback from countless meetings with doctors that I've attended.
@leaffan - don't give up. Jackal hated my guts not that long ago. Just like a few of his posts, stroke his ego and he'll come back around.

it's ok to be wrong....I'm personally not sure what that feels like LOL j/k ..... I'm just saying if your doctor wont do it ...maybe just maybe you get a good LP.. then fine but if you get what most get a crappy one then keep going back the doctor will learn that not all LP's are equal... common sense

We should assemble the documents and host them somewhere convenient online so they're all in one place and potential patients can download all the files and the instruction sheet on how best to proceed.
Seriously though.. I don't know where to assemble all these documents, but I would love to help put something together for potential patients if anyone knows the best routes. This forum is a great resource, but if we could host it somewhere that would be great for anyone to find.

So ... funny thing.... this issue that seems to come up is... if you have 5 gram /day script.... you get 2 LP's with both 5 gram / day scripts...... what is actually the system in place that prevents the patient going over????
I have asked this question in the past in threads .... all you wanna be LP's and not one can answer? you guys seem to know everything about LP's as far as your concerned, but this alludes ya?
hint...look at what happened to some of the patients that got wrote up with MMAR from Dr. K

The medical document is the only "generic" form. The other forms are unique to the LP you sign up with.

1. Anything other than dry is illegal for an LP to sell (anywhere in Canada). Dispensaries can sell whatever they want since they are technically illegal anyways (see what happens with the injunction).
2. There is no "real" system in place to prevent people from going to two different LP's and buying double to what they should. By real system I mean a central database that can be pinged by an LP prior to dispensing. Of course each sale is recorded and records are available to HC. So if they want to cross reference the data at some point they will find it.

Is that system actually in place? I heard it was going to be and that it was going to eventually be able to work for validating registrations as well, but I never heard anything back about whether it was or not.

not in B.c. you can have other than dry bud.... didn't say it was from an LP... again read the posts.... there was a bc SCC that makes it legal in only bc
