Suitable Systm for a Small Space Mother. Seedlings and Cuttings Area....?

I have an area for Veg and an area for Flower.
Both use Wilma System Hydro's and Clay Pebbles (Hydroton) as growing medium.

Now I've ordered a 200w CFL set up (links above) 6400k blue light for Vegetative growth.

The area I have is a closet that measures 22" x 26" with a height of 30"
(actually there's a water heater in there so, at 30", the available area is reduced because of it being attached to the back of the closet but, at the front and sides, the available space continues to the height of the room ceiling - well over 7ft 6").

Primarily this space will be for cuttings.
Propagator/s, under CFL/s, rockwool cubes or sponges....

But, at some point, I hope to start some seeds and introduce some fresh strains into an area that has a terrible lack of variety.
Dinafem Critical +, T H Seeds Dark Star, Wreckage, Critical Dawg....are the ones that have caught my eye.

Can anyone lend me the benefit of their experience and tell me how they would proceed....???
