Sulfur Burner - can I leave the Dehum on?

Standard advice for sulfur burner seems to be:
- lights off
- leave fans running to circulate air
- exhaust OFF (also caution around turning exhaust on that sulfur can clog the carbon filter)
- plants should be dry
- running times and frequency varies, but 2-4 hours is common

I want to do a burn in the flower room during first two weeks of 12/12. If I leave the exhaust fan off for 2-4 hours at night, the humidity is definitely going to spike, possibly to the point of condensation (not sure) which start to work against the point of the sulfur burn. Leaving the dehum on seems like it might be ok, as it would be akin to leaving fans on with extra circulation, although I imagine the sulfur could possibly mess up the filter or the unit. Also is there some fire hazard? Ive done some searching and have found surprisingly little.

What do you think?
