Sulfur burner forl ast 2 weeks of flower?

Ok so, I have been getting gray mold, and have heard that a sulfur burn will stop mold. I have no idea what these things are, so I was wondering, can I throw one in my outdoor green house to stop the molding? Thanks!

Or what if I sprayed the bugs with 8.5+ PH water? Would this kill mold or would it add to the problem?
