sulphur burner

I bought a sunlight supply inc national garden wholesale greenhouse vaporizer but am unsure how to use . Do you wet the leaves because the paper say use only when leaves are damp.

why did you buy it and what does it do. I thought a sulpher 'burner' was used to help with powdery mildew problems, you must have a deluxe one if it vaporizes sulphur?? VV
