This is too spare to really be a philosopphy, but I live by two maxims.
1) (the Zeroth Commandment) Be right.
2) Be nice.
"Be right" means "have your facts straight. If you are not sure - QUALIFY. Admit to and redress any errors of fact."
"Be nice" should be self-explanatory, but just in case ... it is akin to the golden rule. In my theology, malice would be a listed sin.
Ime the world has one basic rule:
"Perform or be removed."
