sun light and cfl light??

:dunce: so i wonder is it bad for the plant if you use both lights ? meaning the room that im growing hits the sunlight but not that much so im using cfls but i wonder if its bad for the plant( i am using a auto flowering strain)

Of course not, assuming you're minding your light schedule in flower (if you have a light schedule, with an auto).

Plants love sun. I screwed up some 1foot babies that had never seen sun once, just took em out the bathroom from under their swirly's into the full sun, they did not like it at all and decided not to live after that lol I should have put them in the shade first.

i put mine outside every morning to receive sunlight, and just put it back to my grow closet when it gets dark.

What u are doing is just fine. What bothers them is when they are under artificial light there entire life and then u put them under direct pure sunlight it will hurt em bad. To do a full switch over you have to gradually break them in

the intensity of light that comes through a glass window is cut by approx. half. if you measure lumens you'll see. so what you're providing is filtered light which is great.
