Wearing sunglasses if very important to protect your vision. They sell very expensive ones at the grow store $100 +… Anyway, are there any cheaper options that are particularly good for use under grow lights?
Anything with UV protection is key. I like polarized glasses personally but UV is the most important. I got a pair for $15 at Bass Pro Shops, I wear in the tent and also fishing.
