Hi.......I need advise from everyone ............I live in a super wet and humid environment .....like the amazon rain forrest.........My plants veg great......8 hours outdoor sunlight and 8 hours indoor LED light..................Humidity is between 72 - 80..........For flowering it is off the chart.........I purchased a 4x8 grow tent specifically to flower everything indoor..........What can I do to get to full term budding without developing mold in this extreme environment...........I've read up on dehumidifiers.......rock salt.......exhaust fan speed............Does anyone have any sure fire method to get acceptable humidity levels of 60 or less..............I did not purchace an exhaust fan yet.............Humbly awaiting your expert advise.................The grow tent will be set up in an enclosed garage.....

Hi....so keep the fan on 24/7 even with lights off........does it matter if it is pulling in the humid air?

Yep, I was in the same boat. My ambient RH is between 70-80% year round, not ideal for flowering lol. You do need good air exchange, but I doubt you will find peace before you buy a dehumidifier. I have a portable a/c with dehu and it was not very helpful, it would drop the RH by 10 points when running but it also cooled the room by 10 points. I ended up with lights off numbers like 72%Rh/64F. I finally bit the bullet and bought a 50 pint unit at Home Depot, I figure the first oz it saves me from PM will pay for it 
I've been running the unit for about 2 weeks now, and I love it. I don't think my room has hit 60%RH at worst, almost always pinned at 45%. As a bonus I have a hose run to a bucket to drain the unit, a free gallon a day to water with.

I run a totally sealed 8x12x6.75 framed room with 14k btu dual hose a/c (plugged into my bdac2 co2 controller) and a 70 pint deheuy with pump (that's not seeming to pump), 4x 18" fans plus 5x 10" fans on floor pointing up. I run co2 with fuzzy locig setting. My rh is 55*, but only from the deheuy that puts out 103* of heat. Room stays 86-90* lights on

Dehumidifier. Running the fan will only bring in more moisture considering the climate you described. Will have to empty for bucket often but a large unite will take care of the size of your tent. (you should have an oscillating fan in the tent already for plant health in any climate )
You can always lift the unite in the tent and run a drain line out. You can use a larger container so you won't have to empty it as often, or run to a drain if at all possible.

thanks ....i did get a dehumidifier and now humidity is fine.............however temperatures are yikes 91 degrees...........how do i remedy this.....more circulating fans....more intake ports open...... any advise is appreciated
